We call this our Shea home. This outstanding remodeled vacation home has 5 bedrooms, granite counter tops, a private heated pool, beautiful built-in BBQ, big-screen high-definition TV and a new pool table. The split floor plan allows for a very private vacation for couples traveling together. The home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from Scottsdale.

Very Nice Stay

We stayed at this home near the end of November/07. The home was very comfortable, clean and easily met the needs of 4 adults. The home is spacious and could sleep 10 people although it would be somewhat crowded with such, based on the square footage of the home.

The home had sufficient supplies, including linens, coffee, etc. to give you the basics. Pool was good size but unfortunately the weather was fairly cool so we were unable to use it. All in all it is a quality, up to date home that I would strongly recommend.

Only recommendations would be that the bedding be updated somewhat (especially in master) and that it be adverstised as Phoenix Area and not Scottsdale (although Scottsdale is a short drive from the home.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
