This is a perfect location for a ski vacation... why carry your equipment when you can simply walk to the end of the driveway and jump on a private shuttle taking you (and your skis) directly to the Centennial lift in about 4 minutes. The ride home is even faster, with non-stop service to your door. If you have children in ski school, simply call the village transportation service and they will take you directly there. For those of you who want to prove your prowess, you can ski-in too.
Additionally, we have a collection of sleds and sit less than 100 yards away from one of the best hills in the valley...and its just for us. Snowballs interesting? Well, we have a yard suitable for any small pugilist, and big enough for all the wet, white ammo he needs.
With a large garage, there is no need to worry about storing your equipment or carrying it inside.

Golfers delight:
The Vail Valley can now brag about 17 extraordinary golf courses with more to come. Situated throughout the I-70 corridor, there is something to excite every level of sportsman. Just out your window is the Beaver Creek golf course, with available tee times for members and resort guests. Other nearby courses include REd Sky Ranch, Eagle Springs, Sonnenalp Golf Club, The Vail Golf Course, just to name a few. Courses are either public, private, or semi-private and we can make arrangements for tee times at most courses.
golf season begins down valley as early as mid march and is well underway in April. Locals enjoy many spring days of skiing in the morning and golf and tennis in the afternoon. The golf season last through October 31st in Eagle County and by driving west for about an hour, you can extend the season another month.
