Playa del Carmen holiday condo

We loved our stay at your condo. The place was very clean and very nice, very comfortable and well equipped. It close to supermarket and restaurants. It's about 15 minutes of walking from the beaches.
Had a wonderful time and will stay here again when planning our next trip to Playa!

From the moment we arrived to the very sad day we left, this condo provided all the amenities one would need for a stress free vacation. The unit was as promised by the owners and as represented in the photos. We felt safe walking to and from the beach everyday, sometimes twice a day, as well as to the grocery store where we were able to find almost anything to eat and/or drink.
We would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to truly relax on their vacation.

If you are looking for a place with kitchen facilities, close to a great grocery store, air conditioning, washer/dryer, very clean, 1/2 block from main road that will take you to the beach and 5th Avenue, and located in an area surrounded by Playa locals, then this is great! This was the experience we were looking for and it worked out well. My granddaughter and I felt very safe, even to walk around at night and being that the condo was located in zone 1 it was only 20 pecos one way, versus anytime you travel to or from Playacar it is 50! (appprox $5) one way. The restaurants price out the same as in the states and so does everything else, the dollar is just not a good deal any more and that is why the kitchen came in handy for breakfast, drinks and snacks, also great restaurants on 5th Avenue, even a "healthy food" restaurant that had a great menu and food. I highly recommend Playa del Carmen and if you are not looking for all the crowds at the big resorts, then I would recommend the condo. There was a problem with the pool when we arrived so never used, instead preferred the beach, but the pool was back to working order the day before we left. The condo also had a computer and internet so communicating back home was no problem.
