Set your eyes closer, you are within a stone throw distance from the water at the well landscaped garden with a large pool, jet pool and cascade. It is located on the 22nd floor with a balcony capturing the ocean and town view. It has all the amenities to make you feel just like home: 'LG' HD LCD TV, 5.1 Stereo-Karaoke DVD system, a full kitchen and 2 full baths and a half bath. 4-zone air-conditioning and ceiling fans give you optimal individual comfort.

Detail description:: This two-and-a-half bath luxury apartment sleeps 6 comfortably. 24/7 secured gated condo complex. 4-zone air-conditioning. Off street parking available in the parkade, FOB controlled main elevator leading to private foyer. More than 9 ft high ceiling with upscale finish. Luxuriously decorated with porcelain tiles and feature lighting fixtures. We cater to families. Master and 2nd Bedrooms have walk-in showers and spacious wardrobes. The third bedroom with a spacious desk has a trundle bed and can be used as a den. Once the bottom bed is pulled out, the trundle bed works like two side-by-side single beds. Free parking for one car in the parkade.

Furnished with sofa, loveseat and entertainment centre, the living room has access to the balcony with spectacular ocean-city view. All the bedrooms have ocean view. All towels, including beach towels, are provided. Full size washer provided in the ensuite laundry room. Additional cleaning (or maid) service is provided at a small fee and is highly recommended for longer term renters. My manager offers transfer services between the airport and the condo for an upfront charge of $20 one way. He will monitor your flight of arival. If you are interested, please arrange this highly recommended service with advance notice.

Tennis court located above the parkade. Large outdoor swimming pool surrounded by the nicely landscaped garden with cascades. Children's pool with water slide and other features for family fun. Library and pool area has free wireless broadband for internet access. Lounge chairs, table and chairs for laptop use and relaxation. Tesco Mall and the E-Gate Mall just across the street provide massage service, restaurant and shopping convenience. Bus and taxi service to Georgetown available just across the street by the Tesco Mall.
