Palm Tree Cottage is a Historic 2-bedroom cottage and is tastefully decorated to ensure the comfort of each guest. We recently stayed 3 nights in West Palm for a convention and are so glad we choose Palm Tree Cottage. Our host, John, was so gracious and helpful. Even before we got there he provided pages of area restaurants and attractions we might want to visit. He helped us with our luggage when we arrived and even provided a complimentary bottle of wine! The cottage itself was perfect for us and clean. Much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. You have everything you need including beautiful surroundings. The landscaping was gorgeous, even has a koi pond. We would highly recommend this to anyone heading to Palm Beach County. We plan on staying here the next time we are in the area. Thank you, John, for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: The Sebastian Gang were a wonderful family. They were in West Palm Beach for the Jehovah's Witness convention. They had a filled schedule. I wish I could have had the chance to get to know them more. I hope they do return back soon.

BETTER THEN THE PICTURES!
The cottage is a beautiful place to stay!. Close to Fairgrounds and the Convention center makes it perfect for business trips. It was a blessing to come home after a long day working to such a comfortable place. The patio was a perfect place to unwind and the beds were very comfortable. John was the perfect host and took the extra time to show us around after our business was done. He enjoys meeting new people and it was a joy to get to know him. We will be recommending John’s cottage to our company as a perfect place to rent for shows and conventions in Palm Beach area or if they just want a peaceful get away.

Owner's Response: Rob and Briget were the super sweet and cool! They were here for business laying and selling flooring at the Barrett Jackson Show at the Americraft Expo Center. When they invited me over for dinner I knew it was the beginning of a wonderful friendship. I took them for a tour around town and stopped in for lunch at a local famous resturant John G's. They even picked up the tab. It was wonderful having a professional and friendly corporate group stay at Palm Tree Cottage. Thank you for everything. I will see you in California!

We spent four nights in Palm Tree Cottage and I would like to take this opportunity to high recommend the cottage and John's hospitality. We found the accomodations clean, comfortable (loved the bed) and with any amentity you could want. The new gazebo and garden out front were an absolute delight, the location wonderful and John a perfect host. Our son has three more years of college in West Palm Beach and we will be sure to return! Thanks again John.

Annually we take a trip to WPB to visit my in-laws for a few days. Over the years we have stayed in many different hotels & vacation rentals and have been very disappointed in the quality of the accommodations for the money we pay. This year however it was a different story. After countless hours researching where we were going to stay this year, I received a message from John. He had received my message and was calling to let me know that the dates I was looking for were available. When I called him back he was very nice & easy to talk with so I decided to booked the Palm Tree cottage. When my husband, son and I arrived at the cottage, it looked very cute and well maintained from the outside. When we walked inside it was the same and I just loved it! It was clean, it was cozy, it was decorated nice... Not only that, John was there to let us in and he shared his knowledge of some of the different activities in the area, where the closest beaches were, and told us the names of some good restaurants in the area. He truly wanted to make our experience there a pleasant one.
Our only disappointment was that our stay at the Palm Tree cottage was too short! When we left, I took a photo of John and his cottage so we could remember our first visit! Next year I hope John has the dates we need available... it certainly will be our first choice!
Owner's Response: This family wanted to make the best of their visit. They experienced my favorite breakfast restaurant "Benny's on the Beach" in Lakeworth. They loved the food and of course enjoyed the scenic view of the ocean. When Teresa took my picture I felt like a celebrity. I look forward to their return to Palm Tree Cottage.

The cottage was beautiful,even better looking than the pictures.The environment was relaxing and nice,as well as the neighbors.Everything you need to maintain a house was already provided,even a complimentary bottle of wine.I would stay again,I loved it.
Owner's Response: Laskisha and her 3 friends were wonderful. They were here for the annual Spring Bling event in Singer Island / Riviera Beach. Before they left they gave all there left over food to the family that stayed for one week in "Palm Tree Residence" (another Cottage on this property). All guests who stay love the friendly environment.
I hope Lakisha and her friends return for a second go at Spring Bling.
