The Loft... Are you looking for a quiet spot to get-away? This might be the perfect spot. This contemporary-style cottage is perched above the ocean with views that cry out to be captured on film or in another art medium. With floor to ceiling windows and a loft area, accessed by the wonderful wooden spiral staircase, you can appreciate nature’s beauty in the area. There are two small open decks for sitting out and watching the lobster men haul their traps or the many sailboats that ply the waters. This cottage is perfect for a Romantic Getaway or Family Vacation. First floor bedroom has queen bed, full bath in hall. Private 2nd floor bedroom loft has queen bed. This is a very private spot at the end of a strip of land that looks across Boothbay Harbor. You have access to the Juniper Point Association amenities with tennis, boat dock and beach. Boothbay also has a number of good restaurants and shops.

This secluded cottage is on the West side of Boothbay Harbor and looks across the harbor entrance to Spruce Point and about seven islands. Boothbay is a very well known summer resort just past Wiscasset-and about an hour from Portland. Our location is secluded, wooded with great views of the Maine coastline. Enjoy an abundance of great restaurants including McSeagulls, Thistle Inn and a number of wharfs that sell lobsters and clams. We are close proximity to beaches, state parks, museums, and Midcoast sightseeing. An half hour's drive to LL Bean's and many other Freeport Outlets! Midcoast Maine offers many festivals, gatherings, harbor seal watches, water adventures, craft fairs, sailing charters, and more. Something for everyone. Enjoy!
