This beautiful shore house is located within minutes of the beach, restaurants, marinas and the quaint and picturesque town square of Guilford, CT, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This beautiful, friendly New England town is close to Mystic, casinos, 15 minutes from New Haven and a 2 hour train ride into New York City. The house is just steps from the beach with calming views of Long Island Sound. There is a spacious kitchen and living area downstairs that opens up to a large patio with a BBQ, outdoor shower and fenced in yard, perfect for kids. The house has 3 bedrooms with an office that has additional sleeping accommodations and 2 full bathrooms. Sunning, swimming, kayaking, fishing and boating....Need a day off from the beach? Ride bikes into town and enjoy the many fabulous restaurants, shops and historic sites.
