The unit features a private lanai, one bedroom with a private soaking tub and shower, another guest bath, washer/dryer, cable TV with VCR/DVD and a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave oven, range and refrigerator. Keawakapu Beach is a short stroll from the Palms at Wailea where you can snorkel along its rocky northern terminus, boogie board or take long tropical beach walks. Relaxation in Wailea

My husband and I stayed at this property for 7 nights. It is very well equipped with everything you need for a beach side vacation. The pool was sparkling clean and the grounds are very well maintained with beautiful gardens and a waterfall type stream. There is a partial ocean view from the pool area. The owner provided many Hawaiian music CD's and some DVD's on the local birds and ocean creatures as well as one on Haleakala which we made good use of. Our only minor issues were that the refridgerator needs to be replaced as it can't keep food or ice cream cold enough and the barbecue on the lanai needs repairs. We enjoyed the high quality art on the walls and multiple lovely sculptures in the living room. All in all a great value and SO relaxing! Oh--by the way there was some traffic noise but the other renters and owners were all very quiet... A majority of the units appeared to be unoccupied while we were there.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

We have already booked our second stay!

We stayed in this great condo last year and are going back for 2 weeks this year. The property is extremely well-maintained and the condo itself was very clean. We enjoyed the beach toys and abundance of towels provided by the owners. The kitchen was fully equipped. And we even read many of the books so thoughtfully displayed for renters' use. In 11 days, we only dined out once because we LOVED cooking in the condo. Our two kids are counting down the days until we return and we plan to go back each year from here on out. The pool was fantastic and the beach near the condo was pristine. The property is located in a beautiful area of Wailea and close to shopping and dining (if you feel like you need it), as well as supermarkets for groceries. We would recommend hitting Costco on your way from the airport. The fellow tenants were super quiet and the friends we met at the pool are ones we are looking foward to seeing again. All in all, we can't say too many positive things about our stay, and the condo was a big part of our pleasure!

Excellent accomodation

Very clean, comfortable accomodation. Fully stocked kitchen with all comforts of home. Very spacious living area and large lanaii. Walking distance to beach (though we preferred to drive). There are plenty of beaches to try out. Nice pool/hot tub. Would highly recommend this rental property.
