Awesome!!!!Spectacular Condo,Caribbean Decor with large local artist Murals...you will think Jimmy Buffet,Tommy Bahama, with this bold decor and large 10 foot stack back doors on two sides of the living and dinning room overlooking the private lap pool and also the beach area plus both of the large pools. The second pool is located across from the condo terrace for easy access to the pool and beach from the terrace. The second bedroom is a lock out unit and has private entrance. No Money Spared in the decor for your enjoyment.Here you will enjoy tropical breezes and perfect sunsets from the beach...Dine indoors or outside,eat at the restaurant on property or take a short beach walk to Carlos and Charlies, The Paradise, Mr. Sanchoes and many other beach front activities. Playa Mia, is located with a short distance. Water sport rentals are at the Reef Club next to the property. The new pier is Great for easy pick up and drop off from your fun day of Diving, Snorkeling, or Fishing.

Notes: Besides the lap pool on our private veranda, there are two pools one located right on the beach. The on site management company is there to greet you and get you settled in. You can purchase a day pass next door at the Reef resort for a huge discount on food and drinks. You will want to tour the island and enjoy the beach and water on the east side for a great fun and relaxing day trip.

Rebe...thank you so much for allowing us to spend a week in paradise!

Your condo is amazing. I could not believe how spacious it was -- we had 6 adults in our group, and it easily accommodated us with room left over. It was terrific to have a full kitchen in which to cook, and both an indoor and outdoor dining table for our personal use.

The view from the condo is magnificent. I could not believe we only had to walk a few steps to enjoy both a beautiful pool and the ocean. And having a private beach was quite lovely. We were able to watch the sunset every night without fighting for chairs, like we would have had to do at a resort or public beach.

Cozumel itself was fantastic, and the guides you provided helped us hit the hot spots and the more out-of-the-way places. Our private boat and guide for our snorkeling trip was fantastic! The true highlight of the trip.

Finally, everyone we encountered from the guards at the gate to the cleaner of the condo was courteous and helpful.

I highly recommend your unit to any traveler wishing to experience a week in paradise. Thanks again for the amazing hospitality!

Paradise

Quiet, clean, relaxing and all of the amenities of home. My husband and I have stayed in this condo two times and plan to go back again. The staff is courteous and always available when needed. Beautiful beaches, bars/dining and outdoor activities all within walking distance. Whether you are on vacation to relax or cut loose there is something for everyone at this place!

4 of us stayed at this condo. It was incredible. Extremely peaceful! Very clean. There are beach bars/food & activities within walking distance down the beach. Any concerns & questions were answered by the on site representative. We recommend a rental car if you're planning to go out for dinner often. It's about 15 minutes from town. Highly recommneded!
