Property is located on a quiet road. (1/2 of Duplex) Water view from front of house. Approx 10 min walk to SeaGull Beach. This is a NON-SMOKING, NO PETS property. One queen bdrm, one bdrm with 2 twins. Open style Living Room/Eating Area. Private Outdoor Shower. Includes FREE Internet Access, cable TV, DVD/VHS player, well equipped kitchen, private yard w/table and chairs, gas grille and charcoal grille, private drive for 2 vehicles. Most prefer to bring own linens and towels, however they are available for additional fee if needed. Island Ferries, Airport and Bus Shuttle available. Boater friendly property with room for boat trailer. wash down area. FREE Coast Guard Vessel Safety Check and decal to passing vessels.
