Located in a gated community, this condo features two master bedrooms with full ensuites and walk in closets. The condo is brand new and fully furnished. Each master bedroom has king size beds and LCD TVs, The Kitchen has new cabinets with granite countertops & a large patio overlooks the pool/spa area. A Clubhouse also features a workout area. Other amenities include: New linens for bedrooms, bathrooms, & kitchen which comes complete with all cooking utensils. Living Area also has LCD TV. Internet is available in the unit & there is covered parking for your car outside. The Biltmore Corridor is a highly desirable area and very centrally located. This unit is at 7st. N. near Camelback Road and is minutes to all the shopping & great restaurants. Only 20 minutes to Glendale for Cardinal or Phoenix Coyote games, 10 minutes to downtown Phoenix airport and all the great theater, symphony, & the basketball games & of course 10 minutes to downtown Scottsdale.
