Beautifully Furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located right in Old Town Scottsdale. This property was just completely renovated and fully furnished with high-end furniture. Large Plasma Flat Screen TV with Surround Sound, Wireless Internet, En Suite Washer & Dryer, fully outfitted kitchen (all new Stainless Steel appliances). Everything you need is provided! The community is very nice, with a large pool & spa, gas grills and exercise facilities. Property is conveniently located near some top notch healthcare such as The Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale and AZ Heart Institute to name but a few. Also located near ASU and Scottsdale community college. Some great shopping near by at Fashion square, Kierland Commons and the Biltmore Fashion Park. This location has easy freeway and transit access. This rental is much nicer than any hotel you will find, and the rates are much lower! We have One Bedroom Condos available as well - please email or call for pricing!

Beautiful suite, poorly managed complex

The suite itself is very tastefully decorated and complete. The beds are excellent, and the three large screen LCD TV's are great. The location is great - close to everything.
However, there are some very rowdy young neighbours who partied every weekend in the hot tub (which is supposed to be closed and locked at 11 pm) till 4 and 5 am. It was tough to get sleep on Friday and Saturday nights. The worst neighbours were under us and right next door. There is no management or security people onsite, and the older residnets there just accept it.
