Beautiful upscale Studio with garden on walk street five houses off beach in the heart of the Marina Peninsula. The beach is the wide and beautiful Golden Strand beach. The Studio has hardwood floors, marble counters, full kitchen, mahogany built in dressers, desk area. Furniture is very cool upscale upper east side Manhattanish with original oils on the walls, British Hong Kong Mahogany tables and chairs. Bathroom is floor to ceiling marble and tile, with jacuzzi whirlpool tub, everything is new. Outdoor hot and cold shower for after beach activities. One covered parking space is included as well as use of washer and dryer in the building. You can walk to Starbucks in your pajamas. Shops, Italian, sushi and continental restaurants one block away. Pubs, sports bars, one block away. Washington fishing pier one block away. Excellent access to entertainment, shops and close to LAX.

Marina Del Rey is in the heart of the Los Angeles Beach and Boating community. All water sports activities can be found within one square mile of the Studio's location. Fantastic restaurants from Gourmet to Casual to Hot Dog Stands can be found within walking distance of the Studio. Downtown LA is just a sixteen minute drive down the 10 Freeway provided there is no heavy traffic. Beverly Hills is about the same distance. Santa Monica and Venice are right next door and everything from great entertainment to clubs is available. The night life in Los Angeles is legendary. Most importantly, Marina Del Rey is extremely close to LAX so arriving and departing is a $20.00 cab ride away (15 minutes depending on traffic).

Clean,well kept in the heart of the beach activities with the beach, shops restaurants and venice beach just steps away. The owner was easy to work with and cooperative.
