Almost brand new home within a gated community in the highly desirable DC Ranch area of northern Scottsdale. This home is perfect for families or couples looking to 'get away'. It's 3150 square feet include 4 bedrooms, each with their own private bath, plus a loft. There are 3 separate outdoor living areas - the rear yard which includes a covered loggia, heated swimming pool with fountain, outdoor gas barbecue, and gas fire pit; private interior courtyard with fireplace; and a sundeck off the upstairs bedroom with views of the mountains east of Scottsdale. Home also includes access to the DC Ranch community center which features 2 large swimming pools, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball and more. Located just minutes from premium shopping areas such as the Kierland Center and, of course, multiple golf courses are never far away. Home includes high chair and portable playpen for toddlers and is great for 'extended family gatherings'.

It's always a roll of the dice when booking vacation rentals but this was our best experience by far. The home is in a great location--a quiet gated neighborhood in DC Ranch, close to shopping and you get access to a community center, which has pools, tennis and basketball courts and a gym. The home is spacious. Each bedroom had an ensuite. The master ensuite had a decent walk in shower. The flooring, appliances, furnishings were all in excellent condition. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of dishes, utensils, spices, etc. and there was even some water and pop in the fridge when we arrived. The heated pool was nice for the kids to play in. The owner was very responsive by email when we had questions during the visit. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and will book again next time we are in Scottsdale. On previous visits we have stayed at the Fairmont Princess and Four Seasons, but we found the house rental to be a far better alternative. Lower nightly rates, more space, privacy, and freedom to do our own thing in terms of cooking without giving up the sense of luxury.

Great home, wonderful stay

In April my family rented this home for 2 weeks. We were a group of 6: 2 children ages 2 and 5, parents and grandparents. This home had everything we needed to feel at home and comfortable for our entire stay. The pool in the yard was a highlight and the children loved the park only steps away from the front door.

The home easily accomodated all of us and had plenty of room for us to be together or find a quiet space to relax.

The owners were very helpful and responsive before, after and during our stay and quick to help answer any questions we may have had.

I would not hesitate to reccomend this home to anyone and would love to return ourselves one day!

Wonderful vacation home, lots of amenities!

We found this home to be perfect for our group of 8- we had 4 couples in our travel party and were pleased to each have our own bedroom and private bathroom! We also had plenty of room to eat, hang out and play cards in the common areas together. The house was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. We really enjoyed the heated pool, outdoor fire places, and privacy the home offered. The location of the home was in a gated community and was very close to many golf courses and lots of shopping centers. We have rented houses for vacations before and found this house to be everything we expected and more. We find that renting a house provides a much higher quality vacation experience than a resort or hotel setting because of the privacy and amenities provided. This home would be perfect for large families or several couples on a get away and I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to the Scottsdale area. The owner was very accomodating and helpful via email before, during and after our stay. We look forward to enjoying this beautiful home again!
