Wonderful Cottage One Block From Huge Private Bayview Beach Association. Relax in the fenced in back yard or on the screened in front porch. Includes Digital TV, Washer, Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher and Outdoor Grill. Close to area shopping, metro north railroad and wonderful dining. Fully furnished including linens, towels and kitchen utensils. Fun, friendly beach community. Very low traffic volume on the street. A great place to get away and relax for a reasonable price. We are constantly improving and updating this property and use it for our family as well. Come and enjoy during any season !

Milford Connecticut: Milford is a wonderful city with small town charm. The historic district and Milford Harbor are just a short drive (also walkable for the more adventurous) away from the cottage. New York City is easily accessible via Metro North and the Milford Train Station (located in the historic district). Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casino are a short day trip away North on I-95. Shopping and fine dining abound in Milford as well. New Haven Connecticut, home of Yale University is approximately 10 miles north on I-95. A great place to get away from it all, yet still have many amenities!

Bayview Beach Association: Bayview Beach Association is a private beach that is open to only local cottage owners/members and guests. It is staffed to ensure that only members may use the beach. This results in small groups of beachgoers and plenty of room to sunbath, play and swim for everyone ! The beach is a short walk away, 1 block.

What a great home away from home....

Great cottage - clean and has everything you need for a great vacation. Stayed 2 weeks - perfect distance from beach - great back yard which held all of our family for a BBQ. Very kid friendly. Loved the walks to the beach to find hermit crabs with my kids (2 & 4). Great places to eat very close by. Dinner - Captains Galley - Oyster River both in West Haven - Lunch - Dee's Deli right down the street OMG what great sandwichs you can get there - cant get that in Arizona!!. Lots to do... Would highly recommend this to anyone...
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We had a nice experience in the cottage. Very close to beach and clean. Although it is small, the cottage has a nice feel to it and the layout is good. The beach is very nice for children as there are a lot of shells and it is shallow.
The owners were very pleasant to deal with.

Nice Connecticut Cottage

We had a wonderful time in the small but quaint cottage only one short block from a private beach. It was much more then we expected. There was plenty of room for the three of us as well as the picnic/BBQ in the back yard for our large group of family that came to visit.
We would highly recommend this property. The owner is very pleasant to deal with.

My Connecticut Getaway

Lovely beach cottage near the shore. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Everything you would expect for a summer rental. Much roomier than I expected, with friendly neighbors and a screened-in porch that I would have liked to take home with me. Shiny hardwood floors, white cotton fluttery curtains and a kitchen that allowed me to entertain. Met the nice owner the first day and after that it was all mine. Would recommend to friends with no hesitation, in fact, I already have. I look back on it with beautiful memories and hope to return.
