The Frontier Water Park is less than a mile away from the property. 2 different Go Kart facilities are about 2 to 3 miles away. Outlet shopping mall with a movie theatre is about 2 miles away. Family fun Mini-Golfing is less than a mile away. The Ocean City Marina is close by with lots of fine restaurants on the dock.

Rum Pointe overlooks Assateague Island National Seashore and the Sinepuxent Bay with no less than seventeen of the eighteen holes having a bay view and several holes having direct bay frontage. Perfect Vacation Rental

The house is gorgeous! My husband and I had the pleasure of having the master bedroom for our stay. The bed was so comfortable! I heard the same from the other members of my family who stayed in other rooms! The house was also very clean and stocked with all of your basic needs as a home away from home. We were a family of 15 and fit comfortably in the home. The community center is great, and the kids really enjoyed going to the pool and rec. center. We had an internet problem, but the owner was on the phone right away and took care of everything. We had the distinct pleasure of having a very nice owner who was on top of everything and made sure we were comfortable in the home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Ocean City but not pay the prices of a house rental on the beach. It's less than a 8 minute ride to the boardwalk and beach. I would highly recommend Nicks Sport's Bar and grill. It's about a half an hour drive, but so worth it if you love ribs!

Perfect for us

A group of 8 of us rented this property for a long weekend to do the Seagull Century Ride. It was perfect as we all had plenty of bathroom and lots of space so we didn't feel cramped. Nice accommodations. Buky was great and if we do the ride again, we will certainly stay there.

Very nice place

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at this location. This really should be considered as West Ocean City instead of Berlin, that is how close you really are to the beach.

We loved everything about the place, except for some extra cleaning was necessary before the unpacking began, but with rentals what do you expect and the shuttle service was not active for this summer (2009). The owner called to make sure everything was in order and everything pretty much was. There was 15 of us that used the property and we were all comfortable.

This is an excellent place for large families, including children. The clubhouse and pools were great, the neighborhood was quite & friendly and if you are a golfer there are several courses and driving ranges extremely close. Everything was as advertised.

My family has been back for a few days now and I am already receiving phone calls to go back to this location next year, if we don't use it again sooner.

It was a great vacation and everyone of us enjoyed it very much. This property is perfect from any aspects: the owner is nice to work with; the room structure is great (I love the fact that each bed room has a full bath inside, which is super convenient); the location is great (we have spent half of the time at board walk and another half at national seashore, both ~5 miles away, food lion is nearby as well as Wal-Mart); the club house is great although we didn't really have time to swim inside; not to mention the house itself is very well decorated. All the kids love the beach, the water park, and of course enjoyed the time they have spent in the house.

We will definitely visit this property again for our next Ocean City vacation!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the bayside resort community. The house is lovely and our family found that it met all of our needs. The house is just a short walk to the indoor/outdoor pools and gym. The house is also just a few minutes from the beach, shopping and family fun activities. We would recommend this house to families looking to get away for a relaxing vacation.
