Lots of room for lots of people

We had a girls trip with 9 women and 2 bedroom and 2 baths. I surprised between the oversized living room, master bedroom, and patio there was plenty of room for people to spread out. Beautiful view overlooking greenbelt with picnic tables and pool. Top floor but no shade on patio suggest maybe an umbrella for table. Room is located close to elevator so you can haul all your stuff up to 3rd floor. Kitchen was stocked with all necessaties but needed some scissors. Overall clean and very spacious with great patio view.

Great place to stay

This is a very nice place. We found it very clean, and the owners were very helpful when we had a minor issue (broken toaster). The area that faces the lake is huge with plenty of bar-b-que pits. The kitchen was well stocked, and you could walk to Schlitterbahn in about 5-10 minutes if you wanted. There is a park within walking distance to go swim in the Guadalupe, or just walk out the front. You could easily float the Guad and then get out and walk to the condo because it borders the river. We would definitely stay again (and probably will). Definitely reserve for a full week because it's actually cheaper than if you were to just go 4-5 nights. The furniture was all new and nice, the beds were comfy. Go for it!

Our stay was beyond our expectations. Condo is extremely spacious. Loved the restaurants - Los Cucos and a german restuarant - Oma's ??. Our plans were to visit Gruene's Hall but we were to exhausted from our visit to San Antonio (which is really close by). The Market Square, Riverwalk, and Trolley where wonderful! La Margarita in San Antonio had the best margartia's. The hot tub was wonderful but thought it would have been closer to condo. Planning our next trip already but with granddaughters included.
