This beautiful southwest 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath Fountain Hills townhouse provides you panoramic views of the mountains and the heated swimming pool, literally located right outside your front door! The entrance invites you into the living area with a couch seating for 3, and a love seat for 2. There is a entertainment center with TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. The dining area seats 4 and the kitchenette has all the appliances you need for a nice stay. There is covered parking for 2 cars and a patio off the kitchenette. The upstairs has a master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and master bath with tub and shower. The bathroom has 2 doors so that both bedroom occupants can use it. There are balconies off each bedroom viewing the pool and the mountains. The bedrooms each have spacious closets and dressers for your clothes. The location is so convenient, that grocery stores, shops, and restaurants are right across the street.

There is sleeping for 4 people (2 Queen beds), and a TV/DVD, utility room and covered parking for 2 cars. Coin washer & dryer are located near the pool, just steps away from your front door. This townhouse is only a mile from the famous fountain and park. It is a short walk to the library, museum, senior center, restaurants, shopping, and post office, and a short drive to golf courses, Ft. McDowell State Park, Tonto National Forest, Ft. McDowell Casino, and Saguaro Lake. Scottsdales Mayo Clinic is only 10 minutes away.

Refunds/Cancellations Policy : The deposit will be refunded upon cancellation if canceled at least 45 days prior to the reservation date. One half of deposit will be returned if less than 45 days notice of cancellation is given. No refunds for any cancellations with less than 4 weeks notice. We require a security deposit of $500 to hold the unit for weekly or monthly rentals, which is returned after 30 days. There is a 'Non-Refundable' Cleaning Fee of $135.00 which will be added to the cost of the rental amount. All rentals require payment in full 60 days in advance. E-mail me with any questions!
