It features 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Open floor plan includes over 3400 square feet including a 20 foot by 40 foot great room with a sit-down wet bar with refrigerator & large ceiling fan.   • Will rent partial weeks before May 30 & after August 28 with a 2-night minimum.
    Peak-season weekly rentals are from Sunday to Sunday.
    From May 1 - Sept 30 there is a $30 rental fee per unit payable in cash at check-in at The Capri. Owner will pre-pay the fee for all weekly rentals.
    This is a non-smoking unit with no pets allowed; if there is evidence of either, a $250 cleaning fee will be assessed.

The Capri is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, movie theaters and a shopping mall. A bus stop is located in front of the building for ease of navigating Ocean City. The building features a secure lobby, three elevators and 24-hour security onsite.

Eligibility of renters: Rentals are NOT allowed to high school or college groups - NO EXCEPTIONS! Renters must be above 25 years old and must be able to provide proof of full-time employment.

NO smoking and NO pets allowed: This is a NON-SMOKING unit and if there is any evidence of smoking, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $250. Absolutely NO pets are allowed and if there is any evidence of pets, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $250.
