Suite Madison is a charming brownstone located in the safe and historical district of Stuyvesant Heights on a quiet tree-lined street near downtown Brooklyn, New York. Suite Madison is shaded by a pecan tree gracing the front of the house. She has original decorative moldings, high ceilings and grand fireplaces - she is a pleasure to behold! Suite Madison has wireless-internet, cable TV, free telephone services, a washer and dryer, a sun-room, a private entrance, and a private backyard. The GARDEN SUITE has two queen size beds; the MASTER SUITE has a king size bed; and the LILLIE MAE SUITE has a queen size bed. Add the couch-daybed in the lounge area, and Suite Madison has comfortable bedding for 8 guests (plus air mattresses for extra bedding). For smaller groups, 1 or 2 bedroom apartments are also available. Please ask for details. Suite Madison is truly a gem! We think you will find Suite Madison perfect for you and your family.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Basic rates are for a 3 bedroom apartment duplex: Garden Suite, Master Suite and/or Lillie Mae Suite
  • At Suite Madison, some guests want to enjoy one, or two, or all three of the Suites during their visit. So, to accommodate our guests, we price by the Suite
    · $175 per night for the Garden Suite (a one bedroom apartment with two queen size beds, a living-room with a couch, a full kitchen and a full bathroom),
    · $225 per night for the Garden Suite AND the Master Suite (a huge 2nd bedroom with a king size bed),
    · $300 per night for the Garden Suite, the Master Suite AND the Lillie Mae Suite (a lovely 3rd bedroom with queen size bed).
    Reserve all three Suites and get the third Suite for free.

    At Suite Madison we also have Smaller units (1 or 2 bedrooms) are available. Please ask for details.
  • How do I reserve a Suite? There is a ½ payment deposit required to reserve a Suite. Payment is made by PayPal. The other ½ payment is due when you arrive at Suite Madison.

    What is the Cancellation Policy? You will receive a full refund if you cancel within seven days after the ½ payment deposit has been paid to reserve your Suite. If you cancel after seven days (or make your ½ payment deposit within 7days of your scheduled arrival), you will receive a refund if your Suite is re-booked for the time period canceled. Of course, we will do our best to re-book the Suite.

    What about the keys to get in? When you arrive at Suite Madison, you will be greeted by me or my assistant and given keys to Suite Madison. Since someone will be waiting for you, please call us if there are any changes in your arrival time to Suite Madison.
    Suite Madison has smaller 1 or 2 bedroom apartments available. Please ask for details.

  • The GARDEN SUITE is a fully-equipped, sunny apartment with beautiful hardwood floors, ornate ceilings and original chandeliers. It has a newly renovated eat-in kitchen and lounge combination. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a huge bar-style, granite-top island. There are two queen size bedrooms in bedroom, and the lounge has very a comfortable day bed. There is also a sun-room just off the private garden in the backyard. The other two bedrooms are located on the sunny parlor floor above the Garden Suite: The Master Suite and the Lillie Mae Suite. The MASTER SUITE has an extraordinary antique, floral carved, mahogany, four poster king-sized bed and plush red carpet. The LILLIE MAE SUITE is peaceful. It overlooks the private backyard garden where you can hear the birds singing! The Lillie Mae Suite has an elegant blonde, Victorian style, queen-sized bed and hardwood floors.

TRULY A HOME AWAY FROM HOME

My experience was nothing less than perfect, more than enough room for my entire family and plenty of space for my 15 month old son to run around without me having to worry about him hurting himself or breaking something.

Location is VERY close to main shopping strip (fulton) and just a quick walk to the C local train stop which will get you to the city in minutes.

We're planning our next trip in October and without a doubt plan on staying here again, if it's not occupied :-)

Just say that I stayed in Suite Madison for a Month and a half, and I really miss everything, the neighbourhood and the neighbours, the YMCA swimming pool, the common Grounds Coffee, C-Town supermarket, the B43 Bus,... and of course my beautifull suite, the house and the beautifull Madison Street !! I come every year to Brooklyn, and the next time will be the first I will repite location !! See you next time Subhanna and Roy !! it was a pleasure to meet you !!

My husband and I had the most romantic time at Suite Madison. The Garden Suite is clean, well designed and has all the amenities that i would want at home. Subhana and her family were very hospitable, which has not been a common experience in New York City. Although Suite Madison is a self-catering facility, it lends itself to being more like a bed and breakfast. Merci beaucoup!

I spent my 40th Birthday at Suite Madison in April. I was with close friends and family and it was simply delicious. There are flowers and trees around the property, giving it a wonderful springtime feeling. Inside, the apartment was airy and clean. It is easy to bicycle around the neighborhood, and there are restaurants with great food everywhere!!

We really enjoyed our vacation there. The property is huge, beautiful and convenient. Nice location to visit New York while avoiding an expensive rental in Manhattan.
