Enjoy this elegant ocean view penthouse in a resort type complex. It is conveniently located in the north central part of Puerto Rico and is approximately 25 miles from San Juan. 'Chalets De La Playa' is a great place for a family vacation. This complex offers a private, secluded beach just footsteps from your doorway. If you make a left turn at the entrance of the complex (about 5 minute drive) you will find 'Vega Baja Beach'. To the right of the entrance (6 minute drive) you will reach the beautiful 'Los Tubos' beach (great for surfing from September-March). After 'Los Tubos Beach' ( approximately 3 minutes), experience unforgettable views and you will find 'Mar Chiquita Beach. You can also enjoy all the amenities the complex has to offer such as; 2 outdoor pools, jacuzzis, tennis courts, basketball courts, sanded volley ball courts, fully-equipped workout room and community room/club house.

    Cancellation Policy:
    * Cancellations down to 40 days prior to initial check-in day - No penalty fee.
    * Cancellation penalties are incremental and based on the number of days remaining to initial check-in day: $10 per day. Examples: if cancellation is made 39 days prior, the penalty is $10; 5 days prior, penalty is $350; 1 day prior, penalty is $390. If cancellation is made on check-in day or later, the penalty is $400. If rescheduled, any accrued penalty fees will be credited

Great Place to Stay!!!!!

I had a great time at the Chalets de la Playa ,My family and I went to Puerto Rico end of June 09 and we stayed for 2 weeks. The condo was clean, spaceous,nice just great place for the family!!!
The owner Jose was wonderful, very easy to work with and made sure we had No Problems of any sort. I traveled the island visited many places and also stopped to visited family.
I would really recommend staying here!!!

We had a great time in PR. The apartment has everything, just as advertised, party of 5 (granparents, wife, 3year old and self). It was very clean and a real pleasure to stay in a complex that is very secure and has everything (resort like) 2 pools, nearby beaches, gym. The locaction is great, you are not in the city, so if you are looking to relax and spent time with your family... this is the place. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. The complex is about 35 mins from San Juan, but in PR nothing is nearby and nothing is too far (that's what I love about this island). You Do nee a car to travel around the island, grocery is about a 15 minute walk.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
