This superb air conditioned apartment is furnished to a very a high standard and includes 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. There are two further foldaway beds and an infants cot if required. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. A stunning lounge with English TV and stereo. The apartment has 3 large balconies with outdoor dining and sun loungers. The apartment itself is extremely spacious and is laid out over 2 floors. There is underground parking and a lift to the front door. There is a large communal pool outside which overlooks the golf course. The apartment is only a short walk to San Pedro de Alcantara with its restaurants/bars. Golf, cable water ski, tennis and beaches are all nearby. The Barcelo Golf Hotel with all its facilities is a short walk away. The apartment is front line to Guadalmina golf course with its fabulous club house, restaurant, bar and pool. The location is also ideal for exploring the area.
