Our new four bedroom, three bathroom villa is situated in Naples, the jewel of the Gulf Coast of Florida. It is furnished to a very high standard. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV and en-suite with tub and shower area. The second master has queen-size bed, and there are two well-appointed, twin -bedded rooms. There are two further bathrooms, with the overall layout being ideal for two families. The Great Room has a lovely airy feel, and boasts TV, DVD player, VCR and stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities, including stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer and is adjacent to the breakfast nook, a cozy eating area with a small table and two chairs. The dining area has a glass topped table large enough to seat eight diners comfortably. A utility room houses a washer and tumble dryer, with access to the double garage. The villa has a swimming pool and spa (electric heating optional), and a full range of luxurious outdoor furniture.

The attractions of Naples Fishing Pier, City Dock and Naples Zoo are easily reached. Local stores and supermarkets are minutes away.
