4 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 Car Garage. This house is amazing. Large family or small group meeting this is the perfect place to chill. Pierce House is now ready. We suggest you get your name in immediately if you want to reserve this one of a kind location. Just over 2 miles to the crystal clear water of the Gulf. This house comfortably sleeps 10 and has plenty of space for more. Quiet cul-du-sac street, huge yard, sprinkler system, heated open pool to enjoy the Florida sun, gas grill, outdoor eating facilities, pass through sliding kitchen windows to the lanai, ceiling fans, fireplace, local phone service, central heat and air, cable TV with plenty of TV sets, fully functional kitchen with every appliance you have at home. Full size washer and dryer in the garage. I'm tellin' ya, you won't want to leave.

Where do we start? All the local beach shopping, dining and relaxing. Disney, Universal, Sea World and related entertainment highlights are 90 minutes away, Only 30 minutes to Tampa and professional hockey, Ybor City with outstanding restaurants and superb entertainment, Channeside, Florida Aquarium, Museums, International Mall, golf, etc... Three miles to the beach with more eating, shopping, deep sea fishing, gambling boats, did I say shopping, more than you can see in a summer. Then there's Sarasota. An hour to the Ringling museum, the Ringling gardens and home, St. Armans circle with some of the finest shops and restaurants in the country and the beat goes on. Never a dull moment. You just have to see this place to believe it.

A wonderful home for relaxation

Walking in the doors of a clean wonderful amazing home with everything you need to have a great vacation; this is the place. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has lots of space as well as the bedrooms. The yard is beautiful and the pool area took our breath away, and its atmosphere make you feel like you are on the best vacation in the world. The Pierce home is located in a quiet place where you can enjoy your vacation to the fullness and so many places to shop and activities to do within miles. I was amazed at the way the home looked and smelled! Can you imagine a home with space for children and adults to have the time of their life. This is the home. This would be the home I will request for again. The rest of the family and friends truly spoke highly of the home. PLEASE make this your vacation dream home.

This property is nothing like the description. It is described as luxury but it certainly isn't! It hasn't been well maintained by the owner. The bathrooms are old, the carpets are dirty/stained and the garage, which also acts as the laundry room, is absolutely filthy. If you haven't got a car, it is completely inaccessible. The owner was extremely disorganised: we arrived and there was no tv facility, the following week (2 days before Christmas), we got a notice from the Water Board, threatening to disconnect the water because she hadn't paid the bill. She informed us that the pool wasn't heated only for us to discover, 5 days before we left, that it was! I certainly wouldn't recommend this property.
