This large fully air conditioned 4 bedroom and 4 bath villa has over 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor comfort plus incredible views of the Caribbean Sea and of the neighboring island of Saba. While lounging on the comfortable deck furniture, you can view breathtaking sunsets and passing cruise ships while listening to music by the pool deck. The outside patio has a covered dining area with ceiling fans and outdoor speakers. This luxury villa has both a casual living room with a 42” plasma TV and DVD player with surround sound. My husband and I stayed at Cay Hill during April 12th to 19th. When we arrived we were greeted by the maid and helper. They took us through the villa and asked if we had any questions. The villa was impeccably clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the complimentry bar and the oh so comfy king size bed! The pool was always cleaned in the early morning, so as not to disturb us. We were very impressed with the view of the carribean sea and the yachets and cruise ships that passed by. The villa is very close to the airport, shopping, grocery and excellent resturants. We had great meals at Cheries in Maho, Chesterfields in Philipsburg and Jimbos in Simpsons Bay. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone.
