Freshly painted and immaculate with kitchen designed by local chef. Open kitchen/family room with flat screen HDTV, new professional appliances. Large back deck w/ gas grill overlooking lush private backyard equipped w/ playsets. Outdoor shower. Downstairs playroom. Fully furnished including cooking and dining utensils, cable TV and local phone service, wireless internet, linens. 10 minute car to oceans and Hampton Classic Horse Show.

Our beautiful home for a week in Sag Harbor

To arrive at the house we rented for our precious vacation week in July was like coming home. Relaxing, beautiful, peaceful, clean, wellcoming, warm, everything so nice and pretty. There was no dissapointment, only the opposite: The house and the garden excellent. The outdoor shower and the trampolin were very popular. Inside one could feel the hospitality right away with message and coffee by the coffeemaker etc.The atmosphere in the Village is so cosy and friendly. Food and attractions plenty, healthy and good. The beaches so clean and beautiful, quiet but lively. We were very happy and relaxed after this wonderful week were we only got more than we had hoped for. Thank you so much. Can not wait to come back some time.

Perfect comfortable home for family with kids

We stayed for two weeks and we had a fabulous time. The location of the house couldn't be better as it is walking distance to beach and town which is very convenient over the busy July 4th weekend. The owners did everything to ensure we were happy and comfortable. The house suited us really well with two young children. The kitchen/living room area was really set up well and easy to cook, keep eye on kids and get dinner ready. BBQ set on patio great as well as trampoline and basement : ) Decorated really well with lovely fresh flowers everywhere.

The house is just adorable and perfect for a small family, and the location cant be beat! The owners are so nice, super helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. What a great experience and we enjoyed every second in the house! Just the perfect Sag Harbor Cottage, in the perfect location, in the best spot in the Hamptons!! See you again next year!!!!!

Perfect place, right in town of Sag Harbor

This home was perfect in every way for us. One of our sons and his family lives in Sag Harbor. This rental accomodated my husband and me, plus our other son, his wife and 2 children.
Everything was clean, the home is very well appointed, flowers were there for our arrival.
In the basement is a large play room with lots of children's toys. There is a trampoline in the back yard, plus slide, etc.
Wonderful BBQ, chef's kitchen, flat screen TV and more...
Quiet location, just 2 minutes walk from the beach; 5 minutes walk to town center!!
I cannot think of a single negative comment.
My daughter-in-law forgot to pack a few items when she left for home. The owner sent them on to her home address.
I would recommend this rental to everyone, and have already sent details to friends.
This is the place to choose for Sag Harbor!!
