Enjoy your stay at this beautiful lush property with fruit trees and tropical plants on 1 acre of private space. Not a building in site from your lanai. The suite is clean and comfortable. It is a private suite in 850 to 900 square feet on the ground floor of your host's home, overlooking the garden, pool and valley.. Take cool refreshing dips in the pool on warm mornings and afternoons. The pool is set away from the house for more privacy. It's as if you are in a mountain pond. Arise with the sound of many species of birds . It is a nature lovers retreat. This is a special area of the Northshore for your enjoyment. On the short ride down the hill you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the coastline. Only minutes away from all the famous surf spots, Waimea valley and bay, and sharks cove. Whale, dolphin and turtle sitings are highly likely. Foodland and Starbucks very close by. Great shopping and restaurants in Haleiwa, Spa treatments and yoga close by too.

My wife and I just returned from a week at Chacha's rental home at the Pupukea location on the North Shore. We were very comfortable in the well supplied, extremely clean and very private accomodations. I highly recommend this rental for two that don't want to spend time in the hussle of Honolulu.

Wonderful home, wonderful location

The suite in this lovely home was spacious and comfortable. Sometimes when staying in someone's house it is hard to relax, but not here...the suite felt very private. Charlotte was always ready to help with whatever we needed, from suggestions of things to do to directions to letting us print our boarding passes on her computer, but she never intruded on us. The house grounds are absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed the pool when we didn't drive down the hill to Waimea, the Banzai Pipeline, or Sunset Beach, all within a couple of minutes.
We probably stay in 4 or 5 vacation rentals a year, and we've been doing that for a number of years now. This was one of our very best experiences, and we would highly recommend it to you.

The good thing: The apt. is very big and nice. The garden is beautiful. It's definitly a good place for newly-weds.
I think it could have been cleaner.
Kitchen appliance with a very slow cooking plate. If you want to cook a whole meal this is the wrong place.
It isn't easy to lock the door. But the area seems to be safe.
Cha Cha - the owner - is nice.
Owner's Response: We appreciate the criticisms so we can remedy the situation and continue to provide a clean, convenient and pleasurable experience for our guests. The counter top burners have been replaced and we continue to take pride in presenting a clean and comfortable accomodation. The security and privacy of our guests is important to us as well and have improved on the lock.

This is the best value you could ever find on the North Shore. Beautiful, comfortable and affordable. The owner, Cha Cha and her family dog, son are just great people. There is no noise no bugs just great. A great pool area to relax by. You are only 10 min from the best surfing, snorkling, scuba a cute little town that has everything. The best restrauant Joe's is just great. Don't look any further you will love this place. They have a guest book on the table that at least 30 people have signed with positive comments. It's perfect for couple wanting tranquillity and convenience. The place is super clean and well equipped with everything needed. Extremely courteous owner. Highly recommended.
