This elegant beach house is just 20 footsteps to the beach. Located in Villa Palmira, Humacao this beach front paradise is totally remodeled, fully furnished with all amenities, fully air conditioned, wireless-internet, washer and dryer and private pool (Pool Service every week) Just 45 minutes drive you have the historic walled fortress city of Old San Juan. The tropical mountain El Yunque Rainforest and the beatiful Surfing Luquillo Beach(La Pared) is a 40 minutes drive. El Faro Lighthouse Museum and Las Cabezas Nature Reserve (bioluminescent mangrove lagoon). The port town of Fajardo, and boats hires for sailing/boating, snorkeling/scuba, fishing, and ferries to Culebra and Vieques Islands, at 5 miles. Be sure to go out sailing from Fajardo on the luxurious 50' yacht, drink& gourmet lunch included, to the small outer islands for great snorkeling. This part of the island was visited by many tourist because it has the best coral reefs and water clarity.

We stayed with our 10 month old son and another couple and it was perfect. Laundry, pool, beach, beach chairs and even a cooler. Pots, pans...just too many wonderful things to mention. The place to stay for total R&R. Most definitely will stay again and again....

Norma, this is very belated, but thank you for a fantastic vacation. We were lucky enough to find this house when planning a last minute getaway and it exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the peaceful beach and pool immensely. We have three small children and it was the most relaxing trip we've taken because the house had everything we needed.

Lovely Vacation

A lovely home, everything was as described in the listing, very clean and well maintained. We routinely rent homes when vacationing and I would rate this one as one of the best ever and have recommended it to some friends. Norma was very responsive and made us feel really welcome. We loved having the pool to relax in after a long day and appreciated the outside shower for rinsing off after walking on the beach. The kitchen had all the basic equipment necessary for us to prepare meals - important to us since we don't eat out a lot when we are on vacation. The location of the house is great, close to restaurants and shopping but not in the middle of town. We enjoyed walking on the private beach but weren't able to play in the water close to the house since there was too much debris in the water. No big deal since a short walk down the beach to the public beach area brought us to a great area for swimming. The house is also an easy drive to Fajardo for snorkeling charters, bio-luminescent bay tours, the ferry to Vieques and Culebra, etc.

Beautiful

AWESOME! This home is everything you would want and need for a relaxing vacation. It is literally a few steps from the beach. And if you don't feel like walking to the beach you can sit by the pool on a hot, beautiful evening and relax while listening to the soothing sound of the waves. This beautiful home is well equipped with everything you need from extra linens to spices for cooking. It is spacious and very well kept. Accommodations were excellent. Everything is just a few minutes drive away. Neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. The loudest noise you will hear is the beautiful noise of the famous "Coqui" of Puerto Rico. Thank You Norma for allowing my family and I the opportunity of celebrating my fiftieth birthday in your lovely home. We will stay in touch for our next vacation.

We loved the house and the area. We had the best vacation staying at this house. The house has everything you could want or need including towels and linens. We loved the pool it was beautiful and very relaxing!! The area is great for a cultural experience as well!! The town is beautiful and the house is even better!! You will literally be steps from the beach! Stay here and have a great vacation! It was Great! Thanks for allowing us to stay in such a beautiful house!! We will definitely be back!!
