Charming Townhouse in the picturesque Nantucket Style village in New Seabury, Mashpee with clam shell driveways, brick patios, picket fences and its own private beach with great ocean views. Two story cottage with white pine floors, Juliet balconies and French doors. Living area with a sofa bed, dining, kitchen and half bath are on the first floor with brick patios in the front and back. Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds are on the second floor, along with one full bath and two balconies. Gas grill in the front patio. Less than thirty yards from the beach. This home has just been renovated and is furnished with brand new living room furniture, dining room furniture, new queen mattress and sofa bed. Short walk to Popponeset Inn and market place, with dining, clam bar, shopping galleries, pizza shop, candy store, mini golf and live entertainment. Jogging and biking trails. Dine at the Country Club. Close to Mashpee Commons and South Cape Beach

Jogging and biking trails and golf courses are within New Seabury Resort. Dine at the gorgeous new clubhouse. Three miles to Mashpee Commons with eighty plus shops, restaurants, movie theaters and entertainment. Two miles to South Cape Beach with lovely views of Martha's Vineyard. This unit has been fully renovated with brand new furniture, twenty-seven inch television in the living room and twenty-three inch LCD t.v. in the master bedroom. Kitchen and bathroom have been redone, freshly painted and the floors refinished. This unit has a great location as it is located close to both the entrances of the beach. We stayed at this property over the Labor Day weekend and were really very happy with everything. The description of the property was very accurate. One HUGE and very pleasant surprise was being able to hear the ocean at night! This was such a bonus and was very relaxing. The property was clean and everything from start to finish with the owners went very smoothly. Meeting the owners was also very nice because sometimes everything is done through mail or email.
We would definitely return here and recommend this property to others!!
