4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home has its own private screened south facing pool. The home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 10. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, Fios TV., Walk in closet and en-suite, the second bedroom also has a queen size bed and double closet, the 3rd & 4th bedrooms both have twin sized beds and closets. The en suite master bathroom also offers access from the pool for added convenience. Beautifully furnished there is ample kitchen equipment with electric range, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer and full laundry facilities ,towels, linen etc. Our **Games Room** has Pool Table, Air Hockey, American Foosball , this will Keep the younger ones occupied while you chill out with a cold beer or glass of wine. Our home is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans fitted in all rooms for additional comfort.

Our home is situated in U.S.A. Orlando, Davenport just off the popular hwy 192 close to all the attractions and restaurants. We are Approximately 12 minutes from Disney world entrance. Universal Studios are approx 45min drive. We are within minutes of the i4 and the famous Champions Gate golf course. The surrounding region has lakes a walks with ample wildlife. Lake Louisa State Park is approx. 30 min drive and is a great way to explore fishing, kayaking, canoeing or just the spot for a picnic in the forest. There is also conveniently located, Wal-Mart superstore and Publix less than 2 minutes drive from our villa. For those of us who like shopping there are nine major malls and a wide variety of retail outlets from outdoor markets to designer boutiques.

Splash Around: The Private heatable screened pool has a large deck area which is south facing so you can enjoy all day sunshine and dine outside. We have a covered lanai for respite from the sun when it gets too hot. With new luxury patio table and chairs, Loungers and Pool side furniture there is ample outdoor seating for all of our guests

Golf: Our home is ideally situated for all you Golf Lovers. There is ample choice of Golf Courses to choose from with the nearest being some 2 min Drive or even within walking distance if you feel energetic.

This was my first experience with a short term rental and we were impressed by the relative location of this property to the Disney parks. In addition, several very nice local restaurants were available along with grocery shopping which saved us a bundle. The one day that we were not enjoying Disney the pool allowed my daughter to enjoy swimming as we relaxed outdoors under the screened in area and the master bed was very comfortable for an afternoon nap.

Lastly, the transaction for renting the property was handy and Julie kept me informed throughout the process.

However, PayPal has some glitches especially with someone like me who is also a seller on PayPal, it kept trying to connect to an account that I did not want withdrawn from so I worked my way around that. Also, you will loose 4% of your deposit because of PayPal’s receive cash policy, I don't know if this only applies to sellers though.

Great family getaway home

My wife, two daughters and I enjoyed this vacation villa. 4 bedrooms, nice pool and the location is off the beaten path yet only 10 minutes from Disney.

The owners were great to work with and the price is more than fair.

We spent most of our vacation in theme parks, but it was really nice to come home at night to this home rather than a cramped hotel room.

No ESPN, Disney or Nickelodeon on TV or internet access, but that wasn't that big an issue as we weren't on vacation to watch TV or spend time on a computer.

Grocery stores and plenty of food options close by.
