Welcome to Port Wood Cove Beach House II! This spacious, fully equipped Beach House overlooks the spectacular Northumberland Strait, on the Southern shore of Eastern P.E.I. The beautiful sandy beach, with its sprawling sandbars at low tide, is just 15 steps off the front deck! The house is nestled in a quiet location with a galley kitchen and open concept living/dining area with cathedral ceilings. Also features ceramic and hardwood floors throughout, and all the modern conveniences. Relax on the long sandy beach or large fully furnished deck and enjoy the magnificent view of the Strait, and at times, the seals basking on the rocks nearby. Beautiful sunsets, bonfires at night, and the soothing sounds of the rolling waves can also be enjoyed from this location, along with hiking, biking, kayaking, clamming, and beach combing. Close to World Class Golf Courses and the Historic City of Charlottetown. Lots to see and do from this spectacular beachfront location...

Port Wood Cove Beach House II is located 5 kilometers from the Wood Islands Ferry, which crosses the Northumberland Strait to the Province of Nova Scotia. It is a 40 minute drive from the Historic City of Charlottetown, and a 15-20 minute drive to the town of Montague, where one can find banks, grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, and a hospital. Just a 10 minute drive to the villages of Murray River and Murray Harbour with restaurants, deep sea fishing, Tartan Air seaplane tours, and unique shops. Nearby attractions within 5 kilometers include: Plough The Waves Center, which holds a Tourist Information Bureau, several small shops, convenience store, and a liquor store; Northumberland Provincial Park with a playground and supervised swimming area; Rossignol Estate Winery; and Crabby's, a fresh seafood Vendor. Lots to see and do from this spectacular beachfront location...two excellent golf courses are just a 5-10 minute drive away!

Payments are payable by cheque, cash, or money order, preferably in Canadian dollars; however, US dollars based on daily foreign exchange rates accepted. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel and we re-rent the property and do not incur additional expenses, you will receive a full refund of deposit. If we do not re-rent the property, no refund shall be remitted.
