Casa Nezahualcoyotl (Neza), is named after a Chichimec poet king. As you cross the threshold, walking over the Zen pond you are welcomed by the serenity of a tropical oasis. Palm trees surround the oversized 12’ x 39’ pool crowned by a 10 person Jacuzzi the sound of whose waterfall calms your spirit. Open the glass front sliding doors that unite the private exterior garden with the interior space, enter and find yourself in a large open living area with Bali themed bamboo furniture. The great room also features a teak dining set and a fully equipped kitchen. Natural, locally cut lime stone floors and Caribbean style louvered doors made of Tzalam emanate an atmosphere of luxury. The bedroom terrace winds around the upper floor overlooking the Marina. There are original paintings and artwork throughout the house. Views from the terrace: Bay of Cancun, the Caribbean Sea, and the magnificent tropical sun sets

Wonderful house, you won't be disappointed!

My husband and I stayed here with another couple and were blown away by how beautiful the house is in person. It is very spacious and has everything you need, I can't say enough good things about the place and Fernando as well. Everything in the description was present, the only problem we had during our week stay was that the jacuzzi was not hot at all - only a minor problem compared to everything else.

I would recommend renting a golf cart for your stay since it is away from downtown, but a short cab ride would work or about a 20 minute walk. It felt very safe with the high walls, even though the island has a safe feel anyways.

I would highly recommend this to anyone and can't wait to return!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in "Casa Neza", it is beautiful and peacefull. We felt very safe and were relaxed. Wehad friends over for dining and conctails and all loved "Neza" as well. You have done a great jobe here!
We have been coming ot isla for years and we always stay in different places to make it more interesting. Hope to stay with you again soon!

Relaxing Casa

What a comfortable and relaxing casa. Private and enjoyable, it would be great if we were spanish speaking so we would know how to read the instructions for the appliances. Fernando and Maria were friendly, available, and gracious.
