Quick and easy access to the spectacular River Run Lifts Lodge and the New Dollar Mountain Carol Lodge exclusively for kid's activities during both Winter and Summer. Great location, this vacation home is just blocks from Harker Recreation Center offering a huge pool, nine tennis courts, and a hot tub. only one mile with walking sidewalk to Elkhorn Village which offers Olympic pool, giant outdoor hot tub, more tennis courts, country store with espresso bar, and an world-class 18 hole golf course (private with 10% discount for renters). There are Olympic-size pools at the Village Pool Recreation Center, and also at the Harker Spa and Sports Center. -On the 15 fairway and across from the Sun Valley bike path and x-country ski trails right out the back door. -Private hot tub on large deck overlooking 15th fairway, seating for 30, outdoor stereo for entertaining. -3 touring bikes and 1 child's bike ($80/day value) included free of charge. Lock provided but bring own helmets.

Also, on the Kart bus route with free transportation to/from town, ski lodges, dining and clubs, every 30 minutes. Located on the 15th fairway of Elkhorn Private Golf Course with tee times for guests. Out the front door is direct access to 38 miles Sun Valley bike/jogging paved trails with three touring bikes--plus child's Mt. bike included free ($80/day value). Right out the back door on the golf course is the new 10K of groomed x-country and snowshoe trails! A Great Summer Experience

We spent the entire month of June 08 in this lovely home. There were 4 adults and enough space including private baths for all of us. Two grandsons were very happy with the large "bunk room" and having 2 masters on the first floor was perfect for some older adults who visited for several nights. Both the owner and the property manager were very responsive to what few problems we encountered and the weekly house keeper did an excellent job. It was a bit chilly the first couple of weeks, but the last two weeks of June were absolutely wonderful - and there is plenty of deck to enjoy the wonderful evenings, bar-b-q and the fox that visits almost every night. All in all we would highly recommend this home for a wonderful summer get away.

Our extended family group has rented houses for ski trips for the last 12 years and this home was by far the best! We really appreciated the fact that it seemed as if the owners had just walked out and handed us the keys. The kitchen had all the pots,pans,enough dishes, and everything you have at home, to prepare gourmet meals. The 5 bedrooms worked well for our group, but we were even more impressed with the living space. The dining room table seats 8 easily and there is additional seating at the breakfast bar. The living room has enough seating for 10 to 12 people and the appointments are quite lovely. We are very glad to have found this house and would highly recommend it to everyone! Oh, and the heard of elk right outside was the icing on the cake!
