Hi my family and I stayed at this property. The place looks exactly like the pictures and the description of everything was on point. We Loved it. The views of the lake out front were awesome. I did have one issue with the place and I hate to mention it but you wanted honesty. The carpet in the living room was a really light color (beige) had stains in front of the sofa that was along the wall of the bathroom. I just felt that the place was sooo beautiful that if they had shampoo the carpet that would have taken it over the top. Everything else was very clean. Just an FYI our cell phones had no service in the house, we went out front on the porch still no service, we were able to get service outback outside of the garage. I would recommend this property to friends and I already have.

We had an awesome time at this place during our stay. The house is nicely furnished with new furniture and electronics. The club house is a state of the art facilitity. The community is very peaceful and family oriented. The additional perks that came with the package are unbelievable.....linens, free pass to the Assateague island, bikes, free internet access at both the house and club house...............We will be back again
