Located near Sossaman and Broadway in Mesa, AZ near shopping restaurants, movies and much more. Condo was completely remodeled in 2005 with designer color schemes, new fixtures, cabinets, Corian countertop in kitchen, new refrig, stove, built-in microwave and much more. Fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable. Furniture and furnishing are attractive and tasteful, and bedding is new and comfortable. Cable TV is included as well as local phone service (high speed internet available at extra charge). Complex boasts swimming pool, Jacuzzi, workout room, billiards, crafts, Post Office, Restaurant and more.

Mattresses are upgraded, new and very comfortable.

Golf: Fountain of the Sun has a private 18 hole golf course. Visitors may purchase an Executive Membership for a minimum term of one month, no to exceed three consecutive months in order to use the golf facilities. There is no food or beverage minimum required at the Fountain of the Sun Country Club but Executive Members may use this facility. This membership is limited to open golf only and Executive members may purchase a reduced fee punch card. Guests are not permitted. As of July 2007, the monthly dues for the Executive membership are $50 per month up to a maximum of $150 for three consecutive months. In addition, green fees are $5.00 per 9 holes and $10 per 18 holes in the Summer season, and $20 per 9 holes and $30 per 18 holes in the Winter season. Golf Punch cards are available in the Winter season for 10 rounds of 9 holes or 5 rounds of 18 holes for $100. Golfers must use golf carts and rental of golf cart is $7 per 9 holes and $12 per 18 holes.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo.It had everything possible to make us feel at home. It was very clean and well maintained....Fountain of the Sun is a beautiful complex with lots of activities.
I would recomend this condo to my friends and I already have.
