We are now booking for the 2010 season in this beautiful new home. You will enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets and warm ocean breezes on the Nubble Peninsula. This tastefully decorated home features 3 bedrooms (1-K, 2-Q + Full Futon) 3 baths, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and ice maker, dining area, den and living room with fireplace. The daylight basement provides additional living and sleeping space, laundry room, and easy access to the back yard. Our large lot provides plenty of space for cookouts and outdoor activities. Nearby attractions include the Nubble lighthouse, Short and Long Sands Beaches, Hawaiian Jim’s Shave Ice, Goldenrod, amusement park, zoo, playground, arcade. Fresh seafood is plentiful in many area restaurants. Our coastal Maine community is conveniently located 1 hour or less from Boston, Manchester, and Portland airports. Outlet shopping, Ogunquit Playhouse + museums nearby.

Each of the three tastefully decorated bedrooms feature large windows which provide plenty of light and refreshing ocean breezes. The Master Suite features a king sized bed, bureau, two night stands, a large walk-in closet and private bath with 5' shower and double bowl vanity. The two additional bedrooms include queen sized beds, large closets, two night stands and bureaus with mirrors. Located in the walk-out basement is a full sized futon, cable TV and DVD. All linens including sheets and towels are provided.

Notes: Located in our walk-out basement is our laundry room and family room which includes a full sized futon, cable TV and DVD. Our large lot provides plenty of space for outside activities. Enjoy lobster and steak dinners prepared on our grill either on the picnic table in the back yard or on our sunny deck. Beach chairs are provided as well as a 'little red wagon'. Rinse off under our outdoor shower when you come up from the beach.

Great vacation!

This is a really great, clean, well maintained, nicely decorated property. Very roomy...the teens enjoyed the extra space in the basement room while the adults liked the rocking chairs on the front porch! Nice having a laundry room. Kitchen had just about everything you need. Location is very convenient to downtown York and Short sands beach but we also took the very short ride to Long beach and enjoyed that area also...very limited parking, though, so go early or much later in the day!! But bigger beach area (esp. at low tide) for teens to 'play'! (lots of paddle ball, baseball and other assorted games going on) The walk to Brown's for ice cream is always a treat. Had a really great time!!

This was a great vacation home for a large family. Great separation of space when needed, short walk to Short Sands and playground. Short walk to Brown's Ice Cream and Fox's for Lobster and clams. Nice big yard to play ball and games. Linens included was a plus since we came from California. Could use beach towels and internet access, would be a plus.

This house was so gorgeous. I would definitely rent from the owners again. Before my vacation, we had some bad storms where I live, and the owners emailed me and checked up on my family. I thought that was so sweet. Also, they met us at the rental home and showed us around instead of just leaving the key and letting us find our own way around. The house was clean and located at a great place. We were real close to the Nubble Lighthouse, which was a treat. Also, we were real close to the beach. Easy to walk to the beach. If you eat in York, make sure to stop by Wild Willy's. Yummy!!

The house is beautiful and everything is so nice and new! The owner did a great job decorating! The house had everything that we needed for our stay and the owner provided us with all kinds of great information about York Beach. The area is nice with lots of fun activities - we loved the beach and all of the shops downtown! Thanks so much!
