Brand New Construction in 2007. This is a one of a kind bayfront on a one of a kind piece of property. Absolutely gorgeous bayfront in the Dunes Section of LBI. This is on the south side of the island close to the family attractions of Fantasy Island. It is a convenient walk to the beach. Located on a very quiet street away from the hustle and bustle but yet a close walk to the beach, dining, and shopping. This home is the perfect getaway for a large family or a couple of families. It will be equipped with designer furniture, multiple Plasma TVs, an in ground pool over-looking the bay, an elevator, and much more. Check it out. I promise, you will not be disappointed.

Not worth the money

I was expecting a house with beachfront property and later found out it was not. The Pool is alot smaller than it looks very clever picture taking. the house itself was fairly good condition but cleanliness is not one of the key elements on this very expensive house. Very upset. Not what I expected. Look before you rent...

I just wanted to write a review for this rental property located in the Dunes section of LBI. We were there on vacation from June 13-20th. This home is amazing! We easily fit the three families there, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We loved the cul-de-sac, and the kids were safe there riding their bikes. We loved the zero-gravity chairs that you had out back, and having two sinks in the kitchen made cooking/clean-up so easy that we only ate out a few times. We used the grill, the patios, the balcony decks, the internet connection, the plasma televisions with DVD adaptability, and loved the spacious closets in the bedrooms. All of the bedrooms were immaculate and beautiful!

We liked being on the "bay" side, as it was peaceful and serene, yet gave the kids plenty to do. The open space where the pool is located is absolutely spacious and beautiful! Nights are extremely relaxing there! The heated pool was perfect for the cooler days. The guys fished directly off the pier you have there, and the kids loved that too. It was nice that the ocean was only a 5-7 minute walk away. Also, we could walk to Rita's water ice, and a few restaurants as well.

Again, we just wanted to post this, so that you can experience the same vacation we did!! We loved it, and we will go back!

ps: The elevators made unpacking/packing to go home a breeze!!!!

This house afforded beautiful sunsets every night. The home was bright and airy and open. The elevator was a great help with unloading and loading for the week. Total rest and relaxation......we loved it!!
