This lovely apartment is a 1800 square foot 'end unit ' with cathedral ceilings, screened lanai at the entry and off the living room providing open air living. Enjoy the evening sunsets and cocktails while overlooking the signature 14th Fairway and lake view. This apartment is beautifully furnished and updated for your enjoyment. For your convenience the laundry room located adjacent to the guest bedroom has a full size washer & dryer.

A Little Extra: Both lanais have a open view and are furnished with casual furniture for your comfort. Enjoy the beauty of Heritage Oaks complex, walk the designated paths or ride the bike paths and enjoy the wildlife preserve and bird sanctuary. There are 2 bicycles, his and hers for your use. There are also 2 beach chairs for your use when you visit fantastic Siesta Key Beach. Prefer the pool, grab your towels, book, and a drink, enjoy the Heated pool complete with secured bath rooms, lounge chairs, and tables just a few yards from the apartment.

Membership Amenities Are Yours: A transfer membership fee of $200 entitles you to the full use of all Heritage Oaks Club facilities and amenities. Green Fee $20.00, Cart Fee $17.00 per person. Subject to change Upon receiving your reservation deposit we will set up your appointment to complete the transfer with the club administration office. They collect the fee. For long term rentals we pay the transfer fee. Credit cards only.. All golf, food and beverages in the restaurant & 19th hole must be charged against your credit card information you provide to the administrative office when you check in. Fantastic holiday in the sun

We had a great two weeks in this condo in April 2008. Lovely facilities on site with the large heated pool less than a minute walk away - just what you need with young children. Beautiful setting. Everyone very friendly. Lovely clean condo with all the amenities a real homely feel - nothing lacking. We hope to come back real soon.
