Tranquil, cozy, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with hot tub and outdoor shower. Approx 1/2 mile from town/ocean beach. Near Fort Pond and Montauk Downs: Golf, pool, and tennis courts. New kitchen appliances, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, breakfast bar, dining cove, and liquor cabinet with wine and martini glasses. Living room: Cathedral ceiling with skylights and fans, wall-mounted TV with cable, DVD, stereo, wireless Internet, phone, sofas, fireplace. Master bedroom: King-sized bed, bathroom, walk-in-closet, TV. Guest bedroom: Queen-sized bed, large closet. 3rd bedroom: Bunk bed, closet. Large deck with furniture, built-in benches. Almost one acre property on a quiet street offers privacy and greenery. 1 car garage, washer/dryer, and covered entry. Sorry, no pets. No smoking.
