Beautiful townhouse just 50 feet from the shore of Mille Lacs Lake with a sunset view. Large master bedroom suite with bath and private balcony overlooking the lake. Open ceiling in living area with a floor-to-ceiling wood fireplace (wood provided). Large dining table that seats ten. Recently redecorated. Private 30 foot boat slip across from townhouse included. Townhouse is close to lodge, golf shop, and marina. Single garage and additional parking in front of townhouse. Grand casino Mille Lacs 15 minutes away. Peaceful serene setting with lovely mature trees and plenty of wildlife yet many activities to chose from.

Condo is beautifully decorated with new paint, fixtures, and carpeting. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware and storeage containers. Even the little things were there like coffee filters. Property was very clean and the views spectacular. Location is amazing. Highly recommended.
