On the oceanfront and beach with unobstructed east and north views of the ocean and beach. Stay on a quiet beach and be only 70 minutes from the attractions in Orlando. This condo is located on the quiet, Non-driving part of New Smyrna Beach. It is a non-smoking, no pets condo with three bedrooms, three full baths, completely furnished. Located on the seventh floor, northeast corner. There is an Unobstructed direct ocean an beach view to the east and northern a direct view of the pool, shuffleboard and tennis courts to the north. The balcony is covered, tiled and is open to both the east and north. The views from the seventh floor are breathtaking! Total living area is 1706 square feet. Natural light brightens all rooms with plenty of windows and sliding glass door to the balcony. Call for special off season rates.

WHAT A GEM! We have stayed in the condo multiple times and everytime is perfect. Great Location, Great View, Great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of FL. This is the perfect place to take a vacation for couples and families, we love it and will continue to come back!

We have stayed at this unit a few times and always have a great time. The condo is very nice, clean, and well furnished. The ammenities are excellent (pool, shuffleboard, tennis, etc). Of course you can't beat beach front with a nice beach that isn't over crowded.

There are also very good restaurants and shopping close. Overall this was a great experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our December '06 pre-Christmas stay in this beautiful condo. There were 6 in our family group--3 adults and 3 children. The condo was spacious and very comfortable. All of us loved being so close to the ocean.


Since we like to cook when we get the chance, we were thrilled to find the most well-equipped kitchen of any vacation home we have ever stayed in.

The surrounding area is lovely and the owners provide you with excellent restaurant and attraction recommendations. We are planning a return trip soon and have highly recommmended this condo to our family and friends.

We stayed in this condo in April '07 for Spring Break. We had 3 adults and 4 children. There was plenty to do with plenty of room. The condo was very well kept. The office personnel was also very kind and helpful. We would love to come back again!
