Beautiful condo (1040 sq. feet). Tastefully decorated in Modern decor. All appliances, fixtures, flooring and cabinets brand new. Patio overlook a gorgeous pool with a wonderful hot tub, cabana, and BBQ grill. Very quiet and protected from outside distractions. Pool and common area are beautifully landscaped with a variety of plants, flowers and palm trees! It is truly beautiful, quiet, and relaxing, and has a wonderful resort feel to it! Location is terrific! Supermarket practically next door - very convenient, restaurants, nail salon, and other great amenities all within walking distance. Close proximity to both Highways 202 and 60 and only 20 minutes from the Airport! Great shopping malls, golfing, hiking, horseback, you name it, all within a 15 to 20 minute drive. Downtown Scottsdale, downtown Tempe and ASU, only 20 minutes away! Cubs Stadium 5 blocks away! We love coming to our great little condo. You will love it too!

You will love staying at this beautiful resort-like condo! Everything is very clean, quiet, and safe! Groceries, restaurants, malls, movie theaters, etc., - walking distance to only a 10 to 20 min. drive! There are many wonderful restaurants close by. Mere minutes to Downtown Mesa with a gorgeous new Art Center and a children's museum with great dinosaur skeletons! A beautiful new mall is being built close by. Tons of golf courses within a 10 mile radius. This is a great place to vacation, and it's only getting better!! If you've never been to the Phoenix area (Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, etc.) you'll find that driving is very easy - the entire city is on a North-South, East-West grid. The freeway system makes getting from one area to another a breeze, and it's beautifully designed with a Southwest flare and awesome landscaping. Both highways 202 and 60 are close by and will get you anywhere you like in a hurry.

Excellent condo for one or two couples. Modern amenities and beautiful pool and hot tub. Centrally located and easy access to US 60. 15 minutes from airport. Would highly recommend.
