The house is located in the most North-east point of Mesa. It is nestled in the hills near Red Mountain. It is close to Saguaro Lake, many desert parks and trails for sand-cars ,horse riding or just hiking. You can look down on the Valley of the Sun from many golf holes at the club. It is a terrific location, because you don't feel like your in the city with all the traffic, but you are so close to everything.

There are many good restaurants (D'vine's, Zushi, Red, White & Brew), grocery stores (Albertson's, Safeway and Bashas), and a drive-thru Starbucks just minutes away. It's 25 minutes to Sky Harbour Airport, 15 minutes to the new Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport, 15 minutes to Scottsdale, 15 minutes to Casino Arizona ( which has the best food buffet!). The 202 highway makes it easy access to enjoy the Valley of the Sun.

There are many golf courses within minutes of the house, Las Sendas, Long Bow, Painted Mountain, Arizona Golf Resort, are just to name a few. Red Mountain Ranch C.C. has a John Jacobs Golf School which would be a great match for this home. If you like golf, this home provides a great base location for you.

The quiet setting is wonderful. Located on a cul-de-sac, it provides little traffic to contend with. The neighborhood has sidewalks on both sides for your morning walks, and a park located at the entrance that your little dog will like to explore. Our lemon and grapefruit trees in the backyard provides the most delicious fruit for you. We have installed a very efficient pool heater & pool blanket, so you may enjoy warm pool temperatures year-round. The backyard is very private for barbequing, swimming and sun bathing which gets ample sun during every month. It has a large strategic tree and a permanent patio awning for some welcome shade for outside dining. There are 4 patio chairs and table with 3 sunbathing lounge chairs. The pool has a waterfall feature. The pool has a pool light for evening swims and is surrounded by pool lights directed on the palm trees surrounding the pool. The pool and yard are professionally maintained year-round, to insure safe & clean water quality.

My husband and I frequent Phoenix often, and have been disappointed with some rentals. This rental was an exception. The pictures are accurate, the home was fully stocked, including internet. The location is fabulous, north of the 202 and Power Road...easy to get to, and lots of shopping near by. Across Power is Las Sendas which is a beautiful area surrounded by mountains.

This home has a wonderful heated pool, propane bbq, spacious living area, and huge master bedroom w/bath. Located in a cul-de-sac, very quiet, very private. Comfortable beds, king in master.

Other than a golf course view, what more could you ask for! Would highly recommend and would rent again!
