Recently renovated and refurbished by NEW owners! A secluded courtyard with brick patio with gas grill is nestled under a trellis and mature pines. The 1st floor welcomes you into a well appointed living room with a gas log fireplace opening on to a separate dining room. A classic styled 1st floor master bedroom offers ultimate comfort. An additional 1st floor bedroom features clean and comfortable cottage furnishings. The 1st floor queen sleeper sofa contains a deluxe 7 inch mattress! The second floor has a private entrance and full length deck. The over-sized, airy Master Bedroom with sliding glass doors opens to a sunny deck. A comfortable upstairs sitting room is an ideal lounging space with additional TV. The 2nd bedroom is perfect for children, with two twin beds while the recently added third upstairs bedroom is light and cheerful with plenty of windows to view the Bay. Amenities include washer/dryer, CATV, VCR, DVD, CD Stereos, AC units and microwave.

  • The first floor bathroom has been completely renovated in 2007. It now has newly designed tile, along with brand new fixtures. The second floor bathroom has maintained it's beach house charm and has an extra large shower along with two sinks.

  • This house is under new ownership and has undergone extensive upgrades and renovations, all the while keeping it's 1920's charm. All mattresses, bedding and sofas are brand NEW and extremely comfortable! The private brick patio, complete with brand new gas grill is a great gathering area - day or night, beneath the trellis. The garage is equipped with games: Foosball, ping pong, etc. to keep the younger vacationers busy on a rainy day!

Cozy beach house, lovely owners

We found this home to be very comfortable and charming. Well equipped (though no dishwasher, which was OK with us). The outdoor living area was really great giving a sense of having even more space. Lots for kids and adults to do. The owners, Richard and Nancy were around for the week and were helpful and very warm and friendly.

The house is decorated very tastefully, and the master bed on the first floor is as good as the profile claims! Just a very short walk from the bay, and a short drive to about anything you could need.

The one quirky part about the house is that one bedroom on the first floor is a 'go between' from the living room to the rest of the house. It wasn't a problem for us, but could be if everyone in your party was territorial. Even with this 'quirk', the house is terrific. We would highly recommend it!
