Photos and Description of this East Hampton holiday house sleeps 25

Contemporary barn style home with cathedral ceilings, skylights, two living rooms, two master suites and 5 guest bedrooms (3 zone AC). Trexdeck surrounding heated pool, (with child safety fencing which can be in place if desired). Ideal for entertaining, and very private. Inside has huge kitchen / dining area, double stone fireplace. Great room can seat 13 to watch movies! Another fireplace in MBR which also has an indoor jacuzzi. Outside you have a tennis court, hot tub, bocce court, basketball hoops and children's gym playset. Outdoor kitchen with built in BBQ, and outdoor shower. Surrounded by woods with trails for mountain biking. TV in all bedrooms, everything you could ever use including lobster pot, fireplace wood, all linens.

Thank you for allowing us to rent your home. We had a wonderful time. Your home was well organized and clean. It was easy to locate items in the kitchen, the linen closet etc.

I also want to thank you for making sure that the pool was cleaned. We all enjoyed it!

We definitely would like to rent your home again next year, if possible for a week.

House owner easy to work with and professional. A complete pleasure to rent and spend the weekend at this terrific Hamptons estate. Plenty of room where it counts for a large group- bathrooms, refrigerators, parking, backyard, kitchen. House kept in nice shape. Great amenities for tons of outdoor fun. We could barely pry the men of the group off the bocce ball court. We would definitely rent this house again and recommend to others.

Perfect for bachlorette party

The house is fully stocked with all the necessities. We all felt that the house was cozy and warm, yet big enough for large crowds. The pool and hot tub were great with plenty of sun all day long. The BBQ was perfect to grill on. We even played a nice game of tennis. We can't wait to come back.

Lovely Hamptons Retreat

The house is well kept and has everything you need from tennis balls to lobster pot. It has a "homey" feeling that you don't get from a lot of rental properties. The built in grill is amazing for people cooking for a large group. And the fenced in yard is great for dogs and owners alike.

I just arrived back from the house and we had a great weekend. The house is gorgeous and everyone loved it!! I have only good things to say about this entire process and I will gladly recommend this house to any of my friends/family looking for a rental. I would gladly rent again in the future.
