Fantastic property in a wonderful location, we have just spent our honeymoon in this villa and will return without a thought.
The pictures do not do the property justice as the villa is amazing, i would recommend this place to anyone.
The local people are friendly and helpful.
Great for bikes, pool days and sightseeing.
We had the best time ever and would love to thank the owner for sharing her villa with us.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Ideal getaway in the Ile de Re

Excellent house - comfy, clean, plenty of room, all the amenities you need, plus a nice pool. A lovely beach is close by and supermarkets are not far away. Ile de Re is a beautiful place. Even though it is not a large island - you could get round it in a day at a push - we stayed a week and didn't bother going off the island. There are very pleasant towns and historic places to visit, excellent restaurants and very pleasant people, The capital, St Martin, is very picturesque, with lots of good restaurants situated round the harbour. The people who owned the house were very helpful. A really good holiday and we would be interested in returning some time next year. I have no hesitation in recommending this property to friends.

A proper home from home in a fabulous place, we had a lovely holiday with our 2 children aged 7 and 5. It has a great lay-out and lovely furniture, in a French style. Only minor downside is that pool is not heated but weather was so good and we needed to cool off.
