This home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood and is conveniently located right off Vanderbilt Beach near shopping, restaurants, and the Ritz-Carlton. All so close that you don't even need to rent a car! The home has central air and ceiling fans in each room. The large airy and sunny lanai opens onto a tropical garden of fruit trees in the backyard. The kitchen is newly remodeled with granite countertops and has all the tools/toys to prepare anything from an intimate dinner to Thanksgiving for the family! World-class golf is just around the corner or right up the street at the Ritz Carlton Golf Resort, Naples Grand Beach Resort and Golf Club or many more great places to play golf. Please come stay in this great home and enjoy Naples and begin to unwind whether a walk along the intracoastal or a bicycle ride to the beach you won't be disappointed with this piece of paradise.

Naples is such a great area you can find everything from wonderful shopping, kayaking, deep sea fishing, shelling (beaches are abundant with sea shells), swimming, basking in the sun, great for walking and best of all restaurants galore. Downtown Naples is a short 10 to 15 minute drive and you can experience old Naples with quaint shops and restaurants. We are 5 minutes from the shops at Pelican Bay where you can go to Sak's or read a book in Borders maybe you want to eat at California Pizza Kitchen. We are also very close to the shops at the Ventian Village where you can get a gondola ride on the intracoastal and eat and shop some more in the village shops. If you go 7 miles west you can play at the Greg Norman golf course in the Ritz Carlton Golf Resort and experience golf at PGA level and learn why Greg Norman is called the shark when you play his killer course. Naples has so much to offer don't miss out and please ask us as we know of great places to eat or play.
