Cancun holiday condo

My family stayed at Punta Cancun in January 2009. It just doesn't get better than this. The views are spectacular as is the condo itself. Very spacious with all the amenities you could hope for. The pictures don't do the condo justice. It is truly an amazing place. The location is the best in Cancun. Everything you need is within walking distance. The staff at Punta Cancun were very friendly and helpful. We have tried the all inclusive resorts and even our three teenage kids (14, 16 and 18) would rather stay at the Punta Cancun. The pool was never crowded like you find at most resorts and the grounds were very quiet.

Susan was great to deal with.....I would recommend her condo to anyone. Truly the best place to stay.

The condo was absolutely beautiful!! We had all the amenities of home, it was great! All of the staff at Punta Canun were very friendly and helpful. This property is great for families or couples looking to enjoy a taste of paradise! The view is absolutely unbelievable but you have to see it to believe it, the pictures do not do it justice!! The Carribean Sea is so beautiful, we will never enjoy the Jersey Shore after this vacation. We swam with the dolphins on Isle Mujeres, had a great time on the Jungle tour driving the boats, went to Chichen Itza and there was parasailing and wave runners!! We hated to leave, but there is still many more things to enjoy when we return to Cancun. The condo is located near some great restaurants, clubs and shops. You have to visit the flea market downtown there are many things to buy there. My whole family looks forward to returning to Cancun real soon and another stay at Punta Cancun!! We had a wonderful time swimming in the pool and walking on the beach!! It was great listening to the ocean as you were falling asleep! Freddie was also a nice guy and very helpful upon arriving! We are going to cherish these memories for many years and we want to thank Susan and her family for sharing their home with us!!

My wife and I along with our two sons (20 and 23) and my parents spent a wonderful week at this condo. I searched on every site I could find on the internet and spoke to many owners before I made my choice here and the condo exceeded my expectations. Our experience was first rate from the time we first started talking with Susan the owner to the time we left. Susan and her property manager were so helpful in planning the trip, answering many, many questions and making sure everything was perfect for our stay.

The current pictures on this site really don't do the place or the views justice. The views from every room including the kitchen were spectacular!! I can't imagine any other condo in Cancun having the same beautiful views from every room. My parents enjoyed having their own balcony to sit out on and there were still 2 other balconies!! The view from the master bedroom was amazing and it felt like you were on a ship at sea but really much better. You can hear the waves on the beach even with the doors closed. What a great way to go to sleep!! The place was spotless, nicely decorated and there was more than enough room for 6 adults. We cooked breakfast and lunch everyday looking out at the beautiful colors of the ocean (It can't get much better than this!). The grounds and pool were never crowded and the views were so relaxing from the infinity pool. The location was perfect for anyone who wants to be in a central location. Everything, shopping, great restaurants, Santander ATM (no service fees for Bank of America customers!), etc. were in walking distance. Next time I won't buy pesos ahead of time. If you wanted to go someplace not in walking distance the bus stop was right next door and we never ever waited for a bus!! There was way too many things to do and see we are counting the days to go back and stay here. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone without hesitation and have been telling all my friends and relatives about the place.
