This beautiful villa is situated in the peaceful development of Four Corners, on Highway 27, Davenport, just two minutes from Interstate Four, and 10 minutes from the Disney area. The Four Corners country estate is one of the most scenic developments in the area. Comprising high quality, executive villas in a superb rural setting yet only a short distance from the Disney area and top PGA golf courses (Champions Gate home of David Ledbetter is around the corner!), shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and other attractions. Games room complete with pool table and air hockey. The new Posner development is within a couple of miles. This will offer a multi screen cinema and a brand new shopping centre. Tastefully furnished, great facilities, well equipped villa. Free wireless hi-speed Internet, south facing pool. We have just added an Ipod dock + Wii with the Sports package, great fun for all the family. Also Digital TV with the Fox Soccer Channel giving access to the UK Premiership

Our villa is situated on the delightful Four Corners development. Peaceful location but very close to all major Disney and Orlando attractions. Busch Gardens near Tampa is an hour away as is the beautiful beach area of Cocoa Beach. There are 30+ golf courses within 40 minutes drive, the nearest is less than a mile away! You can choose to self cater as there are many shops and supermarkets nearby. Alternatively, there are many restaurants and takeaways in close proximity. Relax by the pool after a long day in the theme parks, it's heaven.

Testimonials: We have stayed in the edenwood villa the last two years......have enjoyed being away from all the tourist attractions but close enough to be there anytime we desire without much driving time. The home is lovely.....neighborhood is quiet.....enjoy sitting out in the lanai watching hot air balloons in the early a.m. and the gliders throughout the day. Many of our friends whom we have met in Florida all envy this homes openness throughout. Judy and Bill (Michigan) A great place to unwind after a day of queues and rollercoasters, the villa has every feature you could need. Very clean and tidy with a good layout and shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive, I'll certainly come back! My family and I stayed in this wonderful villa for 2 weeks. The pictures do not do it justice. It was very clean and comfortable, and the games room kept younger members of the family happy for hours. The pool area was very relaxing and the management company were quick to respond to any little hick ups that ocurred. This si a great palce to holiday and I will be recommending it to all my friends and family.

A relaxing villa in a relaxed enviroment. The villa itself is very comfortable, perfect temperature inside complemented by the heated pool outside, the pool being fun in the daytime and a place to chill out at night.
Need a break from the heat and sun, try the games room located in the garage.
Local ameneties very handy, plenty of places to eat and theme parks not far away (we encountered no toll roads which helps). Manny's Chop House was recommended by the villa owner for it's steaks, it didn't disappoint!
Highly recommended for families of all ages

2009 Spring Break Vacation

First, I want to thank you for allowing my family to stay in your wonderful villa. We had a fantastic time there. It was very roomy for all nine of us. Everything was very clean and organized when we arrived in the villa. We had a couple of minor issues such as the AC unit going totally out due to a severe thunderstorm and getting the appropriate lock combination to the front key box. But Terry and his son were very quick on there response time and very helpful in many ways.
The location was very convenient to all the Orlando attractions, restaurants and shopping centers. We had a very busy schedule visiting Sea World, Disney World-Magic Kingdom, Cocoa Beach and Universal Studios. All in one weeks time. The villa was an excellent retreat after a busy day of site seeing. Everyone loved the heated pool! Major PLUS!! We are so grateful for having this priveledge for our fantastic stay in the villa.
If we are ever in Orlando/Davenport, we will be sure to look up your villa for another booking.
PS: It was a great way for me and my twin sister to celebrate our 34th birthday! :)
