Very desirable Shell Beach condo....'Bay Cliff Village'. Beautiful ocean view from a very large Living Room area, kitchen, dining room and large balcony. The condo is fully furnished beautifully! The complex is quiet and very clean. No party animals! This unit sits above the complex heated pool and hot tub and next to the tennis courts. Has a spectacular view of the ocean. Sits right next to the famous McKlintock's steak house restaurant off of hwy 101. Just a few miles from everything!! ....Pismo Beach (outlet shopping), Oceano Sand Dunes, Avila Beach (golfing), San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, Paso Robles (Wineries)...just to name a few desirable spots.

Explore the diversity of Pismo Beach. We have everything from Hearst Castle to a great selection of local wineries within easy reach. Like golf! We have four courses within a short drive. Salt water is our specialty. Surfing, Kite Boarding, Pier Fishing, Skim Boarding or just swimming is right at our front door. Immediately south of Pismo Beach is the Oceano sand dune area. It is recognized by scientists, conservationists, government agencies, and the public as the finest, most extensive coastal dunes remaining in California. Pismo Beach is surrounded by golf courses. There is horseback riding on the beach, fishing off of our pier. Kite surfing is starting to show up on a regular basis when the wind is right. We have it all!
